1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Dealora, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Dealora is an AI-assisted platform for capturing client requirements and generating proposals, quotes, timelines, contracts, and invoices, along with related deal-management tools.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may upgrade at any time; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. AI-generated content disclaimer

Proposals, contracts, NDAs, and other documents produced by Dealora are AI-assisted drafts, not legal advice. You are responsible for having qualified counsel review any contract or legal document before sending it to a client or relying on it. Dealora is not a law firm and does not guarantee the legal sufficiency of generated content.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to upload unlawful content, infringe others' intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

7. Client data & confidentiality

You are responsible for having the right to upload any client requirement data you submit. We treat uploaded content as confidential and use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you upload and the documents generated for you. Dealora retains ownership of the platform, templates, and underlying technology.

9. Third-party integrations

The platform may integrate with third-party services (e-signature, payment, CRM). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party's own terms.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dealora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including reliance on AI-generated content.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Dealora against claims arising from your misuse of the service or content you upload.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

[Specify governing law and jurisdiction — e.g. the laws of India, with courts in a named city having exclusive jurisdiction.]

14. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
