Dealora

About Dealora

We're building the system agencies run deals through.

Most proposal software stops at the PDF. We started there and asked what happens next.

How this started

Every agency we talked to had the same routine: a client inquiry turns into a Zoom call, the call turns into a page of notes, and someone spends the next several hours turning those notes into a proposal, a quote, a timeline, and a set of terms — copy-pasted from the last one that looked close enough. The proposal was never the hard part. Understanding the requirement and pricing it correctly was, and that work happened the same manual way every single time, no matter how many times the agency had done it before.

So we asked a different question: what if the proposal wasn't the product? What if the real product was everything the proposal is supposed to unlock — the quote, the contract, the invoice, the kickoff, the follow-up that actually gets a reply? That's the shift from a document generator to what we call an AI Deal OS: one system for the full path from a client's first message to the moment they pay.

“The customer doesn't buy it because it generates a PDF — they buy it because it helps them close more deals, and get back to doing the work they're actually good at.”

Our founding thesis

What we believe

A document generator was never the point.

Speed wins more deals than polish

A proposal sent same-day beats a more beautiful one sent three days later, most of the time.

Accurate pricing protects margin

Guesswork under deadline pressure is where agencies quietly lose money on won deals.

Professional shouldn't mean 6 hours

The quality of a proposal and the time it takes to make one are not supposed to be linked.

Missed requirements cause most disputes

Most scope fights trace back to something nobody wrote down, not something anyone hid.

Closing should hand off, not restart

A signed deal already contains the project plan — it shouldn't need re-entering from scratch.

How we build it

A team of agents, not one generic assistant.

Every proposal touches sales, technical, legal, and finance judgment. We built Dealora as ten specialized agents that each own one part of that — the same way a real team would divide the work — instead of one model trying to do all of it at once.

We're building this in public, early.

Dealora is a young product, and the team building it is small on purpose. We'd rather ship the twenty modules well than announce a big roster before the product earns it. If you want to shape the roadmap as an early user, book a demo and tell us what your workflow actually looks like — the founding team reads every one of these personally.
